Clone a Phone Record
Clone is a useful feature when you want to add a record that is very similar to another record. Just make a duplicate and then make the few needed changes. Click on different areas of the picture below for pop-up descriptions; scroll down below the picture for more information.
1. Make sure the record you want to clone is the current record.
2. Click the Clone button.
3. In the window that appears, fill in the new Phone # and select the Time Zone for the new phone.
4. Click OK.
An exact copy of the original phone record has been created under the phone number entered in step 3.
