Coin Collect Grace Period: Specify the amount of time the phone should wait
after detecting an answer before the coins are collected. If the user hangs up
before this time has expired, the coins will be returned. Use this option to
compensate for noisy lines, busy signals, or other times when the phone may
incorrectly detect an answer.
