Clicking the Tools button reveals a pull-down menu where you can choose from two phone-related functions:

New Phone Number is to change the phone number of the currently displayed phone.
Coin Total Fix is to change the three coin totals: Total to Date, Collected, and Amount in Box. For a description of each of these numbers, click on them in the picture.
