TStampEntered

A TStamp is a date and time mark used to record the beginning of an event, such as a poll. The time that is used in this field is set by Panorama when a dollar value is entered into the Actual Amount Collected field, in the Amount Collection window. The year is displayed in the Data Inspector with only two digits, but has been recorded in four digits, ensuring stability at the transition to the year 2000.
