View CDR for Selected Phone
Clicking this button opens the
View CDR window for the currently selected phone. In the Phone window, there is only one phone record visible at a time, so the CDR records will be for this phone. In the Quick View window, the particular phone is selected in the first table, which in this example is:
The View CDR window displays all of the information contained in the Call Detail Records, including date and time of a call, the number called, the time duration of the call, the amount of money charged and collected, the cost band used, the route used, and the captured digits (if any).
