Delete an NPA
When adjusting a
cost record, it might sometimes be necessary to delete an NPA. This would be
useful when an entire NPA becomes the same price for the location of a payphone.
After deleting the area code table (and the button that indicates a separately
priced NPA), Panorama will use the price in the Single Band NPAís button.
To open the
Cost window, click on the Configuration button in either the Navigator or the Navbar and select Cost Records from the pull-down menu that appears. The Assign NPA/NXXís tab is the first tab that is displayed when the Cost window is opened. To
delete an area code cost table:
1. Click the area code button to delete.
2. Click the Delete Current NPA button.
3. Panorama asks if you
íre sure you want to delete the NPA.
4. Click Yes to Delete or No to cancel.
The button for the area code disappears.
