Clone a Call Processing Record

Clone is a useful feature when you want to add a record that is very similar to another record. Just make a duplicate and then make the few needed changes.

Open the Call Processing window by clicking on the Configuration button in either the Navigator or the Navbar and selecting Call Processing Records from the pull-down menu that appears.

To clone a record:

1. Select the record to duplicate.

2. Click the Clone button.

3. Name the new call processing record in the dialog box that appears, then click OK.

A copy of the original record appears in the table, under a new name.
