Delete a Call Processing Record

Sometimes changes in business and law make a call processing record out-of-date. When a call processing record is replaced and you have determined that the new call processing record is functioning correctly, you may want to delete the old record. When you are ready to delete a call processing record, open the Call Processing window by clicking on the Configuration button in either the Navigator or the Navbar and selecting Call Processing Records from the pull-down menu that appears. Make sure the record that you want to delete is the current record.

To delete a record:

1. Select the record to delete.

2. Click the Delete button.

3. Panorama asks if youíre sure. Click Yes to delete, No to cancel.

If Yes is selected in the dialog box, the record is deleted and the next record becomes the current record.
