Sometimes changes in business and law make a call processing record
out-of-date. When a call processing record is replaced and you have determined that the
new call processing record is functioning correctly, you may want to delete the
old record. When you are ready to delete a call processing record, open the

1. Select the record to delete.
2. Click the Delete button.

If Yes is selected in the dialog box, the record is deleted and the next
record becomes the current record.
