Clone is a useful feature when you want to add a record that is very similar to
another record. Just make a duplicate and then make the few needed changes.
Open the
1. Make sure the record you want to clone is the current record.
2. Click the Clone button.
3. In the window that appears, fill in the new Cost ID.
4. Click OK.
An exact copy of the original Cost record has been created under the Cost ID
entered in step 3.
5. Make the changes that created the need for this cost record.
