Phones (Local) Preferences
The Phones preference controls what window and record to display when the window is opened and how many communication records to display in the table in the bottom half of the window.
To open the Preferences window, click the System Services button in the
Navigator or Navbar and select Preferences from the pull-down list. Click on the first Phones book in the left column of the window.
For phone records, show either the Location Name or the Description field. This effects all of the windows where either is displayed.
When the
Phones & Customers button is clicked, either from the Navigator or the Navbar , one of three windows is automatically displayed:

Phone List
Phone
If the Phone window is chosen, select to open the window with either the first record or the last record viewed.
Choose whether to show all
communication history records, or to go back only a certain number of days.
