To create an audit CDR report (if it is already listed in the table, skip to step 3):
1. Open the Edit, View, and Print Reports window by clicking the Reports button in the Navigator or Navbar.
2. Click the New Record button, type the name for the report, and select Audit CDR from the pull-down menu. Click OK.
If the report type already exists in the list, select it, then continue below.
3. The following fields may be left blank or filled in:
Call Duration ñ Specify how long a call should be to include the call in the report, measured in seconds. Enter an amount and select equal to, less than or equal to, or greater than or equal to.
Amount Charged ñ Specify the amount charged that will include a call in the report. Enter an amount and select equal to, less than or equal to, or greater than or equal to.
Amount Collected ñ Specify the amount collected that will include a call in the report. Enter an amount and select equal to, less than or equal to, or greater than or equal to.
4. In the Dial Around section, check the boxes of the numbers to include in the report.
5. Show Captured Digits will, when checked, display all the digits dialed after a call is completed. Captured Numbers may be blank if: no further digits were dialed after the call was completed, the Show Captured Digits checkbox is not checked, or the phone was not set to store the extra digits. To make a phone capture these digits, select the option 194 ñ Capture Digits on 800 & 950 Calls, in the Miscellaneous tab of the Options window, and/or select Yes in the Capture Digits column in the General tab of the Call Processing window. The second method allows capturing digits by Call Type.
6. In the Destination Number Filter field, the Cost Band field, and the Route Number field, enter a phone number, up to 5 cost bands, or up to five route numbers to use for the report, respectively. Entered numbers will be pulled from records to be included in the report; other numbers will not appear in the report.
Note: If all of the fields are left blank, then all phones will be included. If one field is filled in, only the phones that are included in that criterion will be included. All fields except the Cost Band and Route Number in the Audit CDR report are ANDed, meaning each of the requirements that you set must be present in a phone in order for it to be included in a report. The five Cost Band and Route Number blanks are ORed. Example: If the Call Duration is set to greater than or equal to 10 seconds, the Amount Charged is set to less than or equal to $1.50, and two cost band fields have 2 and 92, then a call would have to be longer than ten seconds, AND cost less than $1.50, AND be in cost band 2 OR 92 in order to be included in the report. All four requirements (or however many you choose) must be met, or the call will not be included.
The information produced by this report is the same as that produced in the View CDR window. To access the View CDR window, click the Audit CDR button in the Phone or Quick View window.
